As a 28-year-old with boundless ambition, Todd has embarked on a mission to elevate the standards of service across the entire New Zealand infrastructure and trades industry. Since entering the business arena in 2020, Todd's primary objective has been to establish a consortium of businesses devoted to providing high-quality work opportunities for tradespeople and consistently delivering excellent results for clients. Todd has meticulously assembled a diverse team of specialists who fervently share his dedication to integrating new technologies with traditional values of respect and integrity. Todd excels in the art of networking, cultivating robust customer relationships, and staying abreast of technological advancements that cater to the evolving needs of our valued clients. Neville has a diverse background having lived and worked in four countries in addition to having a lifelong interest in martial arts representing New Zealand at three world cups. He started his career working in New Zealand on the Broadway Park high end apartment and housing development during which time he gained his Bachelor of Property at Auckland University. Neville went on to work for Melview Developments, an apartment and hotel developer, before taking on the role of Development Director for LifeCare Residences, a retirement village operator, where he successfully delivered flagship assets Remuera Rise in New Zealand and Battersea Place in London. Neville became CEO of NSI Management in 2020. NSI is the management company responsible for Cliff Cooks group of diverse interests which include aged care, property, industrial, services and technology sectors. As part of his role as CEO, Neville sits on many of the investment’s Board of Directors including Revolve Environmental where he provides governance best practices, business acumen and strategic direction.
Brandan has over a decade’s experience as a Combo Unit Operator and Operations Manager in the wastewater industry. During this time, Brandan has honed his skills in efficiently managing various equipment and ensuring smooth operations on site. From co-ordinating logistics to troubleshooting technical issues, he thrives in a fast-paced environment, where precision and teamwork are paramount. His commitment to excellence has led to countless successful projects and he has earned the trust from both his colleagues and customers alike. Beyond Brandan’s professional realm, he is a dedicated family man who cherishes every moment spent with his four beautiful children. He is an avid fisherman and finds solace and joy in casting his line into the serene Northland waters, whenever time allows. He loves teaching his children how to bait a hook or sharing stories about the ones that got away! As Brandan continues to grow and evolve in his career, he remains committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and integrity.
Colette serves as the Operations Administrator at Revolve Environmental Solutions, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Originally hailing from the UK, Colette made her home in Dunedin in 2007 alongside her husband and four wonderful children. Her journey in New Zealand's professional landscape began with the Ministry of Health, where she excelled in various team leader positions before advancing to the role of Operations Analyst. Relocating to Whangarei a decade ago, Colette delved into the waste and drainage industry, both personally through her family business and professionally. In her most recent capacity as Contract Administrator, Colette forged valuable connections with local councils, honing her knowledge and skills in operational management and strategic partnerships. With her diverse background and dedication to operational excellence, Colette is a cornerstone of the Revolve Environmental Solutions team, driving forward the company's mission with precision and passion.
Meet Brooks, a seasoned CCTV operator with over 20 years of expertise in inspecting and maintaining underground drainage systems. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a meticulous eye for detail, Brooks plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of vital infrastructure. His comprehensive knowledge of drainage systems enables him to swiftly identify and address issues such as blockages, leaks, and structural defects, ensuring uninterrupted functionality. Brooks's dedication extends beyond the technical aspects of his work. He recognises the crucial role that well-maintained infrastructure plays in the community's well-being and takes pride in his contribution to this cause. Outside of his professional endeavours, Brooks finds solace and excitement in his passion for dirt biking. Michelle is our dedicated CCTV offsider, entrusted with responsibility of maintaining and handling our drain inspection equipment with meticulous care to uphold the highest standards. Her proactive mindset and keen eye for detail render her a valued member of our team, ensuring seamless operations and maximum performance. Michelle finds great fulfilment in her role at Revolve, relishing the dynamic outdoor environment and the opportunity to travel to various locations while working alongside an exceptional team. Outside of work, Michelle indulges in her passions for horse riding and cherishing moments with her beloved canine companion. His expertise extends to conducting sanitary sewer and stormwater inspections with precision and efficiency. Beyond his professional achievements, Rourke is known for his ability to connect with people of all ages, fostering positive relationships wherever he goes. An advocate for a healthy lifestyle, he maintains his fitness through participation in club football during the winter months and indulges in twilight cricket and 5-a-side football during the summer.
Malcolm brings a wealth of experience as a Combo Unit Operator, specialising in drainage systems. With this expertise, he has developed a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving in challenging environments.
