Identification and Removal of Asbestos Cladding

The property was surveyed with a full refurbishment survey and textured coatings had been positively identified throughout the property to the interior, the exterior had the upper part of the property clad with fibre cement cladding and fibre cement soffits, all windows and doors were scheduled to be removed and fibre cement packers had been found and planned for removal whilst carrying out the cladding removal.

The property was scaffolded and shrink-wrapped to ensure weather protection during the asbestos removal.
